Every order ships with tracking details, sent to your email once it's dispatched.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Shipping
What are your shipping timelines?
We offer PAN India shipping with a standard delivery window of 4–6 working days from order confirmation. Delivery times may vary slightly during festive seasons or courier delays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, on a case-by-case basis. Email us or DM us on Instagram and we'll share shipping options and timelines for your location.
Materials
What is your jewellery made of?
Every DIOLYSH piece is finished with a thick 18K gold-plated layer using PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) technology over a premium, nickel-free base metal.
Is it hypoallergenic?
Yes — our base metal is nickel-free and skin-safe, gentle even on sensitive skin.
Can I wear it in water?
Absolutely. Our anti-tarnish finish is waterproof and sweatproof — wear it through a workout, the shower, or a humid day without worry.
How long does the finish last?
Our anti-tarnish finish is built to last, and every piece is backed by a 6-month warranty covering breakage — if it arrives broken, or breaks under normal wear within 6 months of purchase, we'll repair or replace it. General tarnishing or wear isn't covered.
Returns
What is your return window?
We accept return/replacement requests within 15 days of delivery. Requests made after 15 days can't be accepted.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at hello@diolysh.com within 15 days of delivery and we'll send instructions. If you're reporting a damaged or broken item, you must include your unpacking video as proof — a replacement is only processed once the video is reviewed and approved.
